Day 1: Pick up from Bagdogra & transfer to Gangtok. At evening you can stroll on M.G.Marg. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2: Day out for Chhangu lake (situated at the height of 3780 mtrs with the depth of about 50 ft) and Baba Mandir (memory of Sepoy Harbhajan Singh). Enjoy yak ride around the lake (optional). The oval shaped Chhangu Lake freezes completely during the year specially in winter.. From here visit Nathula (Monday & Tuesday closed) if the road is clear. At evening you can take rest or engage in shopping. Sleep at Gangtok.
Day 3: After breakfast start for local sight seeings. First half covers Hanuman Talk, Ganesh Talk and Tashi view point. After lunch visit Shanti view point, Botanical garden, The Rumtek monastery / Jhakhri falls (any one), Directorate of Handicrafts & Handlooms (closed on Sunday), cable car (optional), Research Institute of Tibetology to have a glance of Tibetan Thanka and antics (closed on Sunday) , Do-Dul-Chorten, and flower show. At evening you can stroll on M.G.Marg. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 4: After breakfast transfer to Kalimpong. Night stay there.
Day 5: After breakfast proceed to Darjeeling covering Kalimpong sight seeing. At kalimpong visit Graham’s Home School ( It is located on the lower slopes of ‘Deolo Hill’. It is founded in 1900 by Dr. John Anderson Graham, a Scottish missionary.. This unique educational institution was established to educate the children of tea estate workers. It was started with only six orphans and now this number is more than 1300. It has also farmhouse, bakery, dairy, poultry, hospital, museum and clothing department in the area of 500 acres.This institution is partially supported by charitable collections and sponsors from all across the world), Pineview cactus nursery, Gauripur House ( house of poet Rabindranath Tagore), Tharpa Cholling Monastery and Deolo (It is the highest point is Kalimpong and situated at only 6 km away from the town. It is a true walk in clouds. In Kalimpong, it is the only place where you get a 360 degree view of the mountains and rivers in the valley) & Science centre. Evening is free to explore this hill quine.Night stay at Darjeeling.
Day 6: Spend first half of the day with local sight seeing. Visit Tiger Hill early morning when the first rays of the sun kiss Mt. Kanchanjungha and give it a golden colour. Then the coulour is changed one by one. The tip of Mt. Everest can also be seen on clear days. On your way back visit Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in India. It has 12 ft. high statue of Mayetria Buddha. Then explore Batasia loop (made by toy trains) and War memorial which was constructed in memory of brave soldiers who laid down their lives for their country in various wars before Independence in 1947. After lunch complete your mixed points sight tour with Peace Pagoda located on the slopes of the Jalapahar Hill, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park or Darjeeling zoo ( Thursday closed) & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute founded by Tenzing Norge (Thursday closed), Darjeeling ropeway which offers a a fantastic joy ride over lush green tea gardens and have a panoramic view of the Kanchanjungha range (optional), Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Happey Valley tea estate, Tibetan Refugee Self Help centre (closed on Sunday),and Rangeet tea estate. Besides it, additional charges are taken if you want to visit Rock Garden (landscapeds made by different types of rock) with your mixed point package. At evening you can stroll on famous Darjeeling Mall or can engage in shopping. Sleep at Darjeeling.
Day 7: It is your farewell day of this tour. After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra covering Pashupati Market & Mirik Lake and from there start for your sweet home.
